The SNQ Vision

September 23, 2012

At SNQ, the development and maintenance of our Culture has been extremely important.  While we are constantly re-evaluating our Strategic offering, we recently added even more attention and focus to our corporate identity and what SNQ means to us.

Be exceptional.

Five simple attributes in everything we do: Highest Industry and Technical Expertise, provided with Exceptional Customer Service, Project Management, and Quality.

Objective focused.

Front load the work and take planning seriously – then execute.  Establish clear expectations and objectives – then deliver.

Make sure it’s really “Done”.

Enough said.

Make structure transparent.

No one wants silly bureaucratic shackles such as office hours, lunch schedules, time clocks, or a set work “space”.  Enable this transparency through being responsible.

Culture.

Be passionate about your family, friends, co-workers, clients, work, office, and pets.  Love what you do and where you do it.  Actively participate in cultivating the culture, and have fun.

Make a positive impact.

Be in it for the long run, and work towards something great.  Personally.

This really embodies everything we want to be, stand for, and enjoy.  Any part of this resonate with you as well?
