Communication is an Opportunity

From an internal SNQ meeting this morning – Communication is an Opportunity.  We challenge ourselves to evaluate each “communication” and not miss out an a golden opportunity with our clients.

  • First and foremost, did you answer the question and meet the specific objective?
  • Is the issue complete in the big picture sense, or did you just defer the real issue?
  • What are the next steps, and have you thought them through?
  • What did you add to make our work more valuable?  Did you add value to the client, or to their customer?
